About the Role

We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic Event Assistant to support the preparation and execution of events, promotional activities, and brand experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with attendees, and helping a team deliver well-organized events.

Training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing event coordination, customer engagement, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.
• Organize event materials, promotional displays, and supplies.
• Help coordinate schedules and assigned event activities.
• Welcome attendees and provide information about event activities.
• Support promotional demonstrations and brand engagement initiatives.
• Keep event areas organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
• Communicate with team members to address event needs and resolve routine issues.
• Follow event guidelines and help ensure activities run according to plan.
