About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to help organize and deliver engaging events, promotional activities, and memorable experiences for attendees. No extensive experience is necessary; training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.
• Help organize event materials, displays, and attendee areas.
• Welcome guests and provide helpful information during events.
• Support the team in keeping activities organized and running smoothly.
• Assist with promotional activities and help create an engaging atmosphere.
• Respond to routine attendee questions and direct requests to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a professional and presentable event environment.
• Work with colleagues to address changing needs and complete event tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
