Evening shift leader

This position will support the opening of our new restaurant in Troy, Missouri. Initial training will take place at our O’Fallon, Missouri location until the Troy restaurant is completed, with an anticipated opening in mid-February. We are searching for an amazing person ready to learn to be a shift leader to join our Team! Shift hours are from 3pm to 10:30pm - Average 35-45 hours per week.

Duties will include making sure the restaurant is ready for dinner service, managing the development and deployment of the team, delegating tasks, ensuring all team members are performing their duties and coaching where needed, communications with our team and guests, and ensuring a proper close of the restaurant. Main responsibilities include: Managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service. Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising employees. Creating schedules and managing labor costs. Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving complaints. Managing inventory, food costs, and waste. Monitoring sales, budgets, and profitability. Developing team leaders and maintaining employee accountability.

During the first two months of operation, management team members should expect additional hours and overtime as we work together to recruit, train, and develop our team, establish operational standards, and ensure a successful restaurant opening. Compensation & Incentives: Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and availability. We utilize a transparent management wage scale that provides clear expectations and defined opportunities for pay increases as team members develop their skills and advance in their roles. In addition, our management team is eligible for our monthly bonus program tied to restaurant performance benchmarks, rewarding strong leadership, operational excellence, and overall business success.
