The Day-to-Day:

Provide a great employee experience! Demonstrate leadership, train and coach the team for operational excellence, and recognize and motivate team members. Provide professional development opportunities for your team through training and mentoring. Recruit, interview, and hire great additions to your team! Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through operational excellence. Personally engage with customers, swiftly resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience. Maintain high food and health safety standards without exception. Act like an owner through Profit & Loss management, including cash control, security procedures, inventory maintenance, and labor management to optimize restaurant performance.

• Will ensure operational excellence through adherence to policies and consistent processes.

Essential Functions:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, use hands and arms for reaching and grasping, lift 30 pounds, see, hear, and talk. Work in a cold or hot environment. Work in close proximity to others.
