Estimator / project manager

An industry-leading, employee-owned insulation company is looking for a motivated, career-oriented individual to join our Bismarck, ND team as an Estimator / Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience and/or training may be considered in place of the degree requirement.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and historical project data to accurately estimate manpower requirements, project timelines, and material costs.
• Work closely and professionally with operations personnel, general contractors, customers, and material suppliers.
• Develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide leadership through Foremen and Team Leads to support employee performance, quality, safety, attendance, adherence to company policies, discipline, and issue resolution.
• Review completed projects against original estimates, identify variances, and recommend improvements to increase estimating accuracy and future project performance.
