Erp manager

Summary:

The ERP Manager will own the performance and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across production, inventory, purchasing, and distribution, while also leading a small team and collaborating closely with business leaders.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the day-to-day stability and long-term roadmap of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring it supports the needs of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution operations.
• Lead and coach a team of ERP analysts/technologists, fostering collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance leaders to identify challenges and deliver ERP-driven solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
• Drive and manage ERP-related projects from start to finish, balancing timelines, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Work hands-on with business users to simplify workflows, automate processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain testing and quality assurance practices to ensure updates and enhancements meet real-world needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP vendors and implementation partners, ensuring service quality and alignment with business objectives.

What You Bring:

• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Understanding of core business processes including production planning, order-to-cash, procurement, and inventory management.
• Experience managing ERP projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in a technology role supporting operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT or ERP experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a leadership or project management role.
