This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have current and ongoing authorization to work in the United States. The Hardware Test Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automated test routines and data analysis for radar sensors used in various automotive applications. The role requires a strong understanding of radar principles and system-level troubleshooting skills. Experience with C and C++ programming is desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent). 4 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in automated test development within the automotive or electronics industry. Proficiency in Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, C, and C++. Experience working with radar target simulators (RTS), spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, CAN interfaces, signal/waveform generators, temperature controllers, solid-state relays, and power supplies. Strong troubleshooting skills at system and hardware levels.
Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and test hardware. Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external contacts.
$75,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data)
