THE JOB:

The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes.

THE STARTING RATE:

$24.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements.
• Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions.
• Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments.
• Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation.
• Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery.
• Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments.
• Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation.
• Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Have 6+ Months of prior relevant experience in Information Technology in a similar role.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
• Has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Preferred.
• Experience working in a similar resort setting - Preferred.
• Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues - Preferred.
• Knowledge of system and integration level testing - Preferred.
• Strong quality assurance background - Preferred.
• Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A+ Certified - Preferred.
• MCP or higher - Preferred.
