What You'll Do

As an EMT, you'll deliver safe, compassionate emergency medical care while supporting emergency response and patient transport operations.

• Assess and provide basic life support care to patients
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical calls
• Safely transport patients to appropriate healthcare facilities
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, providers, and receiving facilities
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes
• Operate and inspect emergency response vehicles and equipment
• Participate in emergency response and Code Blue activities
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards
• Support quality improvement and continuing education initiatives

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Current EMT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license as required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Commitment to high-quality patient care

Preferred Qualities

• Previous EMS experience
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Excellent situational awareness
• Customer-service mindset
• Flexibility and adaptability

Education, Certifications & Licensure

• Current EMT certification
• Current BLS certification
• Additional EMS certifications as required by position
