About Kettle Cuisine
At Kettle Cuisine, great food starts with great people. Our chefs, culinary experts, production teams, and innovators are united by a shared passion for crafting exceptional food with care. We value craftsmanship, collaboration, continuous learning, and meaningful careers—and our finance team plays a critical role in helping the business make better decisions, improve execution, and create sustainable value.
Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Finance to serve as the senior finance business partner to Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and other leaders across the company. Reporting to the CFO and partnering with the COO, this role will connect operating plans to financial outcomes and support Kettle Cuisine’s growth agenda by delivering fuel for growth and ensuring that the business has the right capabilities in place to support growth.
The successful candidate will bring strong FP&A capabilities, supply-chain experience, and the executive presence to translate complex operational issues into clear choices and actions in a fast-moving, evolving environment. This leader will own the financial planning and performance-management agenda for the supply chain, including productivity and capital expenditure, while helping the business scale profitably.
Within the first 12 months, the Director, Supply Chain Finance will have:
Ability is more important than years of experience, but the ideal candidate would 10 or more years of progressive finance experience, including significant experience in FP&A. Experience in CPG or a similarly complex and fast moving environment strongly preferred. Experience in manufacturing and driving productivity a significant plus. Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and executive-level performance reporting. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with emerging AI tools. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and operational issues clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences. Track record of influencing decisions. Self-starter who can move initiatives forward with limited oversight. Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and organization. Comfortable moving at a fast pace and operating effectively in ambiguity. Executive presence, sound judgment, high integrity, and a bias toward action. Experience leading teams and developing finance talent in a growing organization. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Strategic and data-informed, with the ability to move between enterprise priorities and operating detail. Collaborative and effective at influencing across functions without relying solely on formal authority. A builder of people, processes, systems, and accountability. Decisive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable addressing difficult issues directly and respectfully. Passionate about helping a growing food manufacturer improve how it plans, invests, operates, and delivers for customers.
This is an opportunity to make a difference in a high-impact finance business-partner role as Kettle Cuisine advances its growth agenda. The Director, Supply Chain Finance will help deliver fuel for growth and ensure that the business has the right capabilities in place to support growth, while having meaningful visibility with senior leadership and a direct role in improving how Kettle Cuisine plans, invests, operates, and delivers results. Kettle Cuisine is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every employee can contribute and grow.
