Director of Operations for our Telehealth Company

Compensation: $120,000 - $170,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for a dedicated Director of Operations for our telehealth company in Miami, FL. This is a full-time position, remote at first and moving to an in-person Miami office as the team grows.

The Director of Operations will lead day-to-day operations, manage a 20+ person remote team and outside marketing agencies, and make sure campaigns turn into profitable patient growth.

Qualifications of the Director of Operations:

• Prior operations leadership experience at a telehealth or direct-to-consumer healthcare brand
• Experience helping a company scale from its early stages
• Working knowledge of online marketing, patient acquisition cost, and conversion
• Experience managing remote teams and outside agencies
• Ability to work in Miami or willingness to relocate

Responsibilities of the Director of Operations:

• Oversee daily operations of the telehealth platform and remote team
• Manage marketing agencies and track cost per patient acquisition and conversion
• Decide which vendors to keep, replace, or bring in-house
• Build out the in-house team and help set up the Miami office
• Report to ownership on performance, spend, and growth
