$123,000 to $190,000 + Best-in-class benefits

Job Summary:

*The Director of Nursing at CCC administers the nursing program as a department of the hospital in alignment with the CNO/COO, in order to maintain standards of patient/resident care; advises management, patient/resident care staff and hospital CEO in matters related to nursing service.

*Recommends establishment or revision of policies and develops organizational structure and standards of performance in alignment with Tenet standards.

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience:

• Associates degree in Nursing, BSN preferred
• 5 years of experience as an RN in a SNF or acute care setting
• 3 years of experience as a nurse manager
• Current RN License
• Current CPR certification

Candidate Details:

• 2+ to 5 years experience
• Management Experience Required - Yes
• Minimum Education - Associate's Degree
