Under the direction of the Vice President of Development and in partnership with the Medical Director – Comprehensive Wellness Program, the Director – Comprehensive Wellness Program is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the comprehensive wellness portfolio. This role drives program growth, value creation, and sustainable business performance by aligning program services with organizational priorities and market opportunities.

The Director serves as a key leader responsible for building and scaling a high-performing program through strong financial stewardship, business acumen, and a growth-oriented mindset. This leader operates effectively in a complex, matrixed environment, interacting with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across clinical, administrative, and business functions.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence, along with the ability to clearly articulate the program’s value proposition to internal and external audiences, including leadership, partners, and prospective clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Growth, Business Planning & Financial Performance: In partnership with the Medical Director, leads strategic and business planning efforts for the Comprehensive Wellness Program, ensuring alignment with system priorities and growth objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Navigates a complex organizational environment by building strong relationships across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Program Development & Value Proposition: Leads the design, positioning, and continuous refinement of the program’s value proposition.
• Operational Excellence & Program Delivery: Oversees the implementation of standardized processes to ensure efficient, high-quality program delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
• Leadership & Team Development: Provides leadership and direction to program staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Five (5)+ years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrated responsibility for business operations, financial management, or program growth.
