Healthcare Project Manager - PointClickCare

Detroit, MI (Local preferred)

12+ Months W2 Contract role

We are looking for Project Managers with the following: Point Click Care, including assisted living Workday – (general workday, Matrix managers functionality, Paradox conversational AI for talent acquisition).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a detailed risk and issues log while displaying a positive team environment moving the team to develop next steps and recommendations to remove barriers
• Maintain change request log; change requests with calculated budget estimates
• Enter decisions timely into the project’s decision log
• Utilize strong verbal communication facilitation skills within information technology workstreams to enable accurate and timely status updates, driving the team to meet Milestones and critical path tasks on time
• Maintain a sense of urgency ensuring status reports submitted on time and in entirety, agendas and minutes issued timely, and escalations provided as needed
• Ability to read the subtle nuances of situations and react in business appropriate manner while maintaining team alignment
• Ability to influence people through communication, listening, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Keep the core project management team aware of changes or decisions made which might affect other workstreams
• Ensure project managers are actively engaged in managing local resources and answer their questions in a timely manner to enable their management of local resources
• Manage Lessons Learned by implementation wave for the project team to conclusion
• Possesses time management skills to track what is occurring as well as ensuring resources are available for future critical path deliverables
• Build positive relationship with stakeholders and team members
• Remains calm and composed presence during stressful situations managing the team to complete the tasks at hand
• Working on project containing an information technology along with business focus a plus
• Ability to maintain a project plan daily collecting weekly percent complete from workstream teams
