Job Description

The Direct Sales Agent Specialist is responsible for driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business. This role sells to local customers both in person and over the phone, while driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts. As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist, you will:

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 0 – 2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Compensation

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour Total Compensation: In addition to the base hourly rate, total compensation for this role may include incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
