Devops engineer

Senior DevOps Engineers at Sev1Tech are solution-oriented, driven, and enjoy teaming with other best and brightest engineers on highly-visible, technically-challenging projects and offerings. We’re looking for high-caliber, well-rounded professionals who are passionate about emerging technology, projects and consulting, and have a strong background in AWS. Supporting one of our clients in the Front Range, members of the Commercial DevOps team will act as an extension of our client and will be dedicated exclusively to the buildout, maintenance, and support of infrastructure for a high-visibility program.

The primary function of this role will be remediation of security findings, support of deployments and consumption of services, and maintenance of both high and low-side code, as well as deployment consistency within the program.

Minimum Qualifications

To qualify for Sev1Tech's DevOps Engineer role, you will have A Secret Security Clearance and a minimum of three years of experience supporting deployments, administration and management of AWS. Five years of experience delivering complex technical solutions including planning, development, implementation and support. Three years of experience as a major contributor in a DevOps environment (utilizing AWS and AWS Services; heavy containerization experience – Kubernetes and EKS; experience with API Gateways). Ability to report on site in Greater Denver with minimal notice, as needed. Candidates with Infrastructure as a Code using Terraform and HELM for the following services will be prioritized: HashiCorp Vault Jfrog Artifactory GitLab Jenkins Apache Artemis Netflix Eureka OATH2 IAM Lambda RDS

Desired Qualifications

Prior consulting experience preferred Recent experience completing high-visibilty DevOps projects highly preferred
