About the Position

An established, doctor-led private dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join a thriving, multi-provider practice in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity replacing a departing provider in a busy, well-established office with a loyal patient base and excellent support team. Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist (No part-time availability)
• Start Date: October
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Comprehensive dentistry including:
• Restorative and preventive care
• Endodontics
• Surgical extractions
• Placement and restoration of dental implants
• Join a multi-doctor practice
• Supported by 6–8 hygienists daily
• Modern digital office featuring CBCT and advanced technology
• PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base (No HMO)

Schedule

Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-time schedule with an excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation $900/day guaranteed for the first 5 months
Then 33–35% of collections, based on experience and production

Benefits $2,000 annual CE allowance
