Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 Salary/year

Rite Rug has been one of the top flooring providers for over 90 years! We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team! $40,000 to $45,000 a year. Salary based on experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinate customer service activities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Research and resolve disputes
• Enter order information
• Process and schedule work orders
• Enter installer pay information and back charges
• Job cost invoices
• Post payments
• Respond to customer service issues
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Maintain files
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
• Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to work independently and problem solve.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
• Possess the ability to handle a high volume call environment.
