Your Role on the Team:

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression
• Build relationships through friendly, personalized customer service
• Educate guests on services and Unlimited Membership benefits
• Recommend services and membership options based on guest needs
• Process transactions and assist with customer account inquiries
• Resolve guest concerns and provide effective solutions
• Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and support team operations
