Customer care representative

Position Summary:

The Customer Care Representative supports Barnhart's Sales & Marketing team by helping maintain accurate customer information and ensuring customer feedback is captured and addressed. This role serves as a key resource for customer data management, survey administration, and internal coordination, helping teams deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Barnhart's customer feedback program and encourage survey participation.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate follow-up on concerns or issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and company systems.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate customer data.
• Contact customers to verify and update account and contact information.
• Support data imports, transfers, and system updates.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with reporting and special projects.
• Collaborate with branch and corporate teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Represent Barnhart professionally in all customer interactions.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or CRM management.
• Experience with CRM systems (IFS preferred).
• Familiarity with Listen360 or similar customer feedback platforms.
