Seeking Critical Care Services Business Manager! Baptist Health Floyd, Critical Care Services Full-time (40 Hours Weekly), Days (8-hour shifts) Benefit Eligible

Job Duties:

The Business Manager provides operational, financial, administrative, and workforce support to ensure the unit(s) functions efficiently and aligns with hospital priorities. This role partners closely with nursing leadership to manage budgets, staffing resources, productivity, payroll, purchasing, supply coordination, data reporting, and day-to-day business operations. The Business Manager serves as a key liaison between the nursing unit, finance, human resources, payroll, materials management, and other hospital departments to support high-quality patient care, regulatory readiness, employee engagement, and responsible resource stewardship.

About the Unit:

Critical Care Services includes three separate departments: ICU, CVU, and 2F Step Down ICU.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing. At least one (3) years of experience in administrative, financial, payroll, staffing, or operational support required. Baptist Health Floyd is a Pathway to Excellence® designated organization.
