Lead credit and collections activities to improve cash flow and reduce past due balances. Manage customer credit risk through credit reviews, credit limit recommendations, and account monitoring. Oversee collection efforts and resolution of high-risk, delinquent, and escalated accounts. Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and customers to resolve disputes and payment issues. Analyze AR aging, collection performance, and risk trends to drive improvement initiatives. Develop, coach, and support the credit and collections team to achieve performance goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and collection procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, or finance. 2+ years of leadership or management experience overseeing credit and collections personnel. Experience managing customer credit risk, collection strategies, dispute resolution, and resolving delinquent accounts. Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit analysis, financial modeling, aging management, cash flow, and bad debt controls.
Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment. Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location.
