DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK ARE REQUIRED

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse with cycle counting as needed.
• Render prompt and satisfactory service to customers at the customer service area and to those calling by telephone, providing prices and product application information.
• Provide warranty and delivery information as needed.
• Inform customers of promotions, volume purchasing and other incentives (as appropriate).
• Pick orders from the warehouse to service and sell to counter customers and process sales transactions.
• Stay current on new products and apply knowledge of product usage in selling additional materials to the customer.
• Answer stock availability questions.
• Keep Management advised of items frequently requested by customers that are not in stock.
• Investigate and resolve, if possible, customer complaints and report complaints to Management.
• Maintain good housekeeping (sweep, mop, clean windows, etc.) in customer service area and display areas; arrange displays and stock.
• Assist in filling orders from the warehouse as needed.
• Order office supplies.
• Complete delegated Buyer’s Worksheets.
• Process accounts receivables, access and process accounts payables, deliver deposit to the bank.
• Assist all Team Members with other duties, as may be deemed necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Quickly learn organization procedures and operations.
• Possess the ability to multi-task; be pulled away from projects and return to follow through completely.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in related applications in the WISE system.
• Physically handle material weighting up to 50 pounds.
• Analyze administrative details and correct routine error situations.
• Must work well with other people. Help management, co-workers, customers and others meet their objectives and complete their assignments.
