We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coordinator of Graduate Nursing Education to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Graduate Faculty Director, nursing graduate faculty, and the administrative coordination team to help ensure the smooth operation of our Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) programs. Your contributions will directly support an exceptional experience for our students, faculty, and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Tracking admissions and progression data for our NP and DNP programs
• Securing clinical placements and preceptors for NP students and DNP students
• Communication with prospective students in conjunction with the Graduate Faculty Director
• Managing new applicant data as well as outreach and onboarding of newly admitted students in conjunction with the Graduate Faculty Director
• Providing graduate student advising and support
• Assisting with course scheduling for the graduation program (NP/DNP)
• Coordinate, review, and revise course catalog content for updates
• Supporting grant application efforts
• Supporting NP student board certification processes
• Respond to prospective student inquiries about NP, CAS, and DNP Programs
• Overseeing document and database systems using multiple electronic platforms required by accreditation and approval agencies
• Assist Graduate Nursing Faculty Director with special projects and additional duties as reasonably assigned
• Collaborate with internal and external individuals and teams to support our School of Nursing mission to advance the health and well-being of the community through the education of compassionate and competent nurses, prepared for the challenges of 21st century nursing practice.

Pay and Benefits

This is a full-time, in-person position based on our Portland Campus. This position offers an annual salary of $46,800.00.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate's degree considered with 1 or more years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Experience entering, tracking, and updating data in digital formats
• Excellent communication skills
