Construction Sales Assistant needed ASAP!

Pay: $18-$20 HR-DOE / Location: Columbia, SC / Paid Weekly

We are hiring a Front Counter Sales Associate at our Columbia, SC location. In this customer-facing role, you will support commercial safety-supply sales, assist customers with orders, manage front-register and office tasks, and coordinate order details with the warehouse team. Applicants from Lexington, Irmo, and Blythewood, as well as surrounding communities are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales team with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for a commercial construction company
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Invoicing, cash handling, tracking daily deposits
• Greet and direct visitors
• Maintain stock of office supplies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting
• Complete tasks as assigned by the site supervisor
• Perform all tasks in a timely manner under minimal supervision
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.
