An expanding construction organization is seeking Project Managers at both early-career and experienced levels to support a range of commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects. These roles are responsible for managing projects from initial planning and estimating through construction and final closeout. Work may include renovations, infrastructure upgrades, IDIQ contracts, design/build delivery, lump-sum engagements, and accelerated project schedules.
Best suited for professionals managing smaller or less complex projects, with responsibility for coordinating day-to-day execution and supporting overall project delivery.
Typical Background: 4–7 years of construction project management experience with a degree or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree. Experience working with subcontractors and/or self-performed scopes. Exposure to government-related work is beneficial.
Designed for individuals leading larger, more complex projects with greater responsibility for strategy, financial performance, and client coordination.
Typical Background: 7–10 years of project management experience with a degree or 15+ years of related experience without a degree. Experience with design/build delivery, value engineering, and advanced project controls. Strong familiarity with government or negotiated contract environments preferred.
We’re seeking construction professionals who are organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong candidates will demonstrate leadership, sound decision-making, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality projects.
