Summary:

The Complex Human Resources Director (CHRD) will work with each of his or her assigned hotels to drive team member recruitment, on-boarding, training and ongoing development, deliver positive team member relations and timely/accurately perform HR administration responsibilities. This person will have the ability to execute and maintain the HR functions in an organized and procedurally detailed fashion and operate in a manner that strategically aligns with Legacy Ventures’ ideology and beliefs. The CHRM will have a dual reporting relationship with the hotel General Managers and indirect reporting to Corporate Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: One to three years related experience and/or training

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
