Wellpath sees hundreds of thousands of unique individuals in their facilities month over month and a very large percent of those individuals receive direct clinical care, which includes lives saved by Narcan.

The Compensation Support Analyst provides hands-on analytical and project support to the Compensation team. This temporary, part-time role supports compensation activities such as job architecture, job description review, market pricing, process audits, documentation, and data analysis. The position prepares compensation reports and recommendations, maintains organized project documentation, and helps identify opportunities for process improvement. Assignments may include defined project tasks or independently managed workstreams under the direction of Compensation leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Two or more years of experience performing complex analytical work related to compensation and classification, including experience preparing financial impact analyses of wage determined price adjustments. Experience utilizing all forms of compensation research tools to include market data applications such as third-party surveys. Familiar with theories, principles, and practices, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations governing human resources management. Proficient user of all things Microsoft-Office, particularly Excel. UKG experience a plus. CBA and SCA knowledge and experience a plus.
