  • Maintain a visible presence in the Seattle market and provide on-site leadership when needed
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to boards, helping them navigate operational challenges and make informed decisions
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Represent Blue Mountain professionally within the local community association market

SUPPORT AND RETAIN KEY CLIENTS

  • Oversee the service experience, retention, and overall satisfaction of Seattle-area clients
  • Provide high-touch support to key accounts and potentially manage a select portfolio of complex or high-value communities
  • Coordinate with the Oregon-based community management team to ensure routine operational needs are handled efficiently
  • Step in when local expertise, board engagement, vendor coordination, or an on-site presence is required
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s priorities, challenges, and expectations

PROVIDE WASHINGTON-SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

  • Maintain current knowledge of Washington statutes and requirements affecting community associations
  • Translate regulatory information into practical guidance for community managers, boards, and internal partners
  • Keep the team informed of relevant legislative and regulatory developments
  • Help promote consistent, compliant community management practices throughout the Seattle portfolio

OVERSEE VENDORS AND REVENUE OPPORTUNITIES

  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with local vendors and service providers
  • Provide on-site oversight for significant projects, higher-value work, and complex vendor matters
  • Identify and manage billable service opportunities that create value for clients and support branch performance
  • Assist with bids, contract discussions, project coordination, and vendor accountability as needed

SUPPORT STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND GROWTH

  • Provide local support for strategic homebuilder and developer relationships, including association-related matters connected to land acquisitions
  • Help ensure continuity of service and institutional knowledge during leadership transitions
  • Identify opportunities to expand Blue Mountain’s presence and relationships in the Seattle market
  • Contribute to business development, strategic planning, and financial performance

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Demonstrated success working with community association boards, homeowners, vendors, and business partners
  • Strong working knowledge of Washington statutes and requirements affecting community associations
  • Experience managing complex, high-touch, or large-scale communities
  • Proven ability to strengthen client relationships, resolve concerns, and support retention
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to identify opportunities that benefit both clients and the organization
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members located in another market
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the Seattle area and attend evening board meetings as needed
