Commercial real estate associate

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their Commercial Real Estate Team. Under the direction and guidance of Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) Loan Officers, the CRE Associate assists with the underwriting and management of the Bank’s commercial real estate loan activity throughout the State of Hawaii, Guam, and Mainland U.S.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this role is $50,000-$80,000; commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction and guidance of Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) Loan Officers, the CRE Associate assists with the underwriting and management of the Bank’s commercial real estate loan activity throughout the State of Hawaii, Guam, and Mainland U.S.

QUALIFICATIONS

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of credit or other relevant banking experience.
• Two (2) years of credit analysis, commercial banking, or other commensurate bank experience with proven ability to communicate clearly in written form and meet deadlines.
