Clinical Manager | Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team and ensure excellence in patient care delivery.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical policies and procedures. This role plays a key part in promoting quality care, staff development, and efficient workflows.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical nursing staff.
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with physicians, administration, and other departments to coordinate patient services.
  • Assist in developing and implementing clinical policies and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor staffing levels and oversee scheduling to meet patient needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring.
  • Participate in budget planning and resource management.
  • Serve as a role model and resource for clinical best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
