Director
At Helping Hands Family, clinic leadership is about creating the conditions for children, families, and clinical teams to thrive. We’re seeking a Clinic Director who is energized by mission-driven work, passionate about developing people, and ready to lead day-to-day clinic operations with both heart and accountability. In this role, you’ll help build a strong, high-performing team while ensuring our clinical staff can deliver exceptional care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Our Leadership Philosophy: “Take care of the kids. Take care of the team. The business will take care of itself.”
The Clinic Director is a critical bridge between operations and clinical leadership, ensuring that business performance and quality care work hand in hand.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 6+ years of operational leadership experience in healthcare or a service-based environment.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, drive performance, communicate clearly, solve problems, and work onsite full-time.
At Helping Hands Family, our mission is simple: change lives every day. We are building an inclusive, purpose-driven culture where leaders are empowered to support both our people and the families we serve.
This position requires the capacity to occasionally lift and transport items weighing up to 25 pounds. Despite its primarily sedentary nature, this role requires prolonged periods of standing and frequent movement within the clinic environment. Candidates must be comfortable working near young children, including potential exposure to bodily fluids. The position involves exposure to a range of odors, fluctuating temperatures, and occasional loud noises.
$85,000—$95,000 USD
