Chief growth officer

The McDonnel Group is seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer. This key executive role will lead our Business Development and Marketing teams, aligning our strategy to support the company’s continued growth and long-term success, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic relationships throughout the Greater New Orleans area and Gulf South Region, and a proven ability to cultivate partnerships and drive growth. Executive-level experience in the engineering or construction industries, or a large, complex organization, is required.
