The Program

The Senior Presidential Associate (SrPA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 24-month rotational program consisting of four six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Master’s and MBA programs with under five years of work experience. This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.

Global Supply Chain Track

The Global Supply Chain track focuses on areas including manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution. The Global Supply Chain SrPA will gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling.

How Does the SrPA Program Help Participants Succeed?

Support From Leaders

Developmental Programs

• Full week of developmental education in between first two rotations

Post-Program Placement

Upon successful completion of the program, SrPAs are considered for Manager-level roles at ELC. This placement is based on existing business needs, the SrPA’s evaluations, rate of development, contribution, and previous work experience.

Deadline & Recruitment Process Timeline

• Submission deadline: You must apply by Friday, September 25, 2026, at 5pm EST for your application to be considered.
• The interview process will occur mid-September through November.
• Program start date: September 13, 2027

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000-110,000.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027 with under five years full-time non-internship work experience
• Relevant internship or work experience
• Demonstrated record of achievement as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• Global exposure/study abroad is a plus
• Ability to relocate to New York City
