Monday-Thursday 6:49am to 3pm, every other Friday 7:49am to 1pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Process dental instruments and patient care items through the sterilization process safely and efficiently
• Maintain sterilization equipment, following manufacture maintenance guidelines and intervals
• Turn on equipment in the morning and off at night
• Manage supplies and instruments
• Disinfect as required by OSHA and state regulations
• Maintain sterilization log books
• Comply with and share in the implementation of all safety, sterilization and infection control requirements, including OSHA
• Assist other clinic staff and demonstrate a team approach to patient care. Perform other related activities, as required, to assure program/department success
• Properly dispose of all biohazardous material
• Pour Impressions
• Trim models
• Make appliances
• Ship and check in appliances
• Interacts harmoniously and effectively with others, focusing upon the attainment of organizational goals and objectives through a commitment to teamwork
