Your job is more than a job.
On the front line of heart health care, as a Cardiac Monitor Associate, your training has prepared you and compassion motivates you. Observing, listening, and detecting, you're amazed by the heart and the technology that keeps it going.
Spotting that “needle in a haystack” comes in handy as you analyze data and detect outliers from your patients' cardiac monitors, documenting and reporting abnormal patterns, addressing telemetry equipment issues, and maintaining supplies.
Technology without heart is just an empty canvas. You love being the artist that completes the picture and makes a difference in patients’ lives every day. And we love that you about you.
Your experiences, your knowledge, your skills, your empathy, your compassion, and your personality, all of it adds up to you. And we’re excited to get to know you and find out what you’ll bring to this essential nursing support role.
