Salary Range: $80000.00 - $100000.00 Base+Commission/year

Job Description:

Balise is looking for a Car Wash Site Manager to run the daily operations of the car wash. Responsibilities include managing your profit centers; express Car Wash & Detail Center, establishing total customer satisfaction, resolving all customer concerns, assisting in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations, implementing car wash quality standards, managing overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operation, performing scheduled preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment, and following all compliance safety regulations while promoting safe behaviors to all employees.

Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facility. Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds. A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required. This position may require up to 10% travel.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years Management Experience – preferably at a Car Wash Center
• Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Detail Oriented
• Must be 18 or older
