Business development & digital transformation manager

Bish’s RV is aiming to leverage technology innovation and entrepreneurial thinking to disrupt the current RV sales and finance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated problem solver who can use AI and modern tools to develop and transform everyday tasks and processes into real-world applications that remove friction for our customers and our employees. This Manager will join Bish’s Operations team on the Sales and Finance side to implement tools and solutions that optimize and digitize existing business processes, enhance operational excellence, or rapidly prototype innovative ideas and help validate business decisions and direction. The position will be based out of our Dealership Support Center in Meridian, ID.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify new revenue opportunities in Sales and Finance.
• Refine and develop the sales and finance process to remove friction for employees and customers.
• Develop and implement digital solutions that automate and streamline business processes, improve customer experience, and drive innovation.
• Design and develop custom software applications using a variety of development languages and platforms.
• Design and develop rapid software prototypes to improve the efficiency of existing solutions and platforms.
• Participate in all aspects of the digital development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This process will be geared to remove friction for customers and employee’s.
• Work closely with data architects and engineers to integrate data from various sources into digital solutions.
• Ensure that digital solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the technology team.

What we're looking for:

• RV Sales and Finance experience.
• Process improvement experience.
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving.
• Passionate about improving users’ experience and improving productivity through tool development and implementation.
• AI tools or the ability to learn, design roadmap and responsive design.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously, while building relationships with subject matter experts.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
