The Build Shop Supervisor leads, develops, and holds accountable a team of Master Builders and Build Shop Assistants within Club Champion's custom build shop, where clubs are built and finished from the ground up: shafts, grips, heads, and ferrules, to exact swing weight and alignment specifications. This role owns quality and cost outcomes across the full build process. The Supervisor sets standards for build accuracy, material usage, and shop discipline; investigates root causes behind rework and rejected inspections; drives corrective action through training and process improvement. Deep technical knowledge of club building supports this role, applied hands-on when needed to cover volume or demonstrate technique. Success in this role depends on leadership: enforcing consistent standards, developing the team, partnering with other department leaders to maintain quality from build through ship.
This role will be predominantly indoors in our Willowbrook location. Climate Controlled and Fast-Paced.
Supervise a team of approx. 22 build shop employees.
Must be able to lift-up to 50 lbs. at one time, bend, and stretch. Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
