Coastal Wildlife & Pest Control Services is hiring a Branch Manager in Jacksonville to own branch operations, P&L, and team performance — with a real path to broader company leadership.

We are a premium pest and wildlife company serving Northeast and North-Central Florida. This is not a caretaker role. We want a sharp operator who can run the branch like a business and grow with us.

You’ll sit beside the President, tighten what already works, and build the next layer of leadership as we scale. For the right person, this seat can grow into CEO-level responsibility.

What you’ll own

• Branch P&L, service quality, and customer retention
• Hiring, coaching, and holding field and office teams accountable
• Routing, capacity, and daily execution (FieldRoutes or similar)
• Escalations handled to a premium service standard — never race-to-the-bottom pricing
• Partnership with sales, training/QC, and operations so the branch scales cleanly

Who we’re looking for

• Proven branch or multi-person ops leadership — pest, wildlife, or adjacent home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn/landscape) strongly preferred; exceptional operators from other trades will be considered
• Must read and own a P&L: margin, capacity, labor, and retention
• Sharp, professional, ready to take ownership and represent a premium brand
• Experience improving processes in a growing service company
• Valid driver’s license; on-site in the Jacksonville metro

Pay & growth

Base $70,000–$80,000 plus a performance bonus targeting ~$20,000/year (OTE ~$90,000–$100,000), tied to branch profit, growth, and retention. Stretch earnings above target for over-plan results. Company vehicle and fuel card after 30 days.
