Job Location: Bobby V's Restaurant and Sports Bar STM - Stamford, CT

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Assists the Branch Manager in the overall operation and management of the facility

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enforces and adheres to Company policies and procedures as well as DCP regulations.
• Ensures accountability of cash transactions including placement and redemption of OTB wagers.
• Ensures accountability of cash transactions including placement and redemption of sportsbook wagers through OTC.
• Balances vault & STAN’s records and deposits branch funds, prepares daily financial records for accounting purposes.
• Follows procedures that are put in place by Sportech & CLC regarding the operation of the sportsbook.
• Ability to properly record and transmit information required for large cash transactions on standardized forms.
• Assists Branch Manager with oversight of maintenance and security of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of sports, racing, and wagering is preferred; however, training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Knowledge of procedures for maintaining security and accountability of large cash transactions.
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff.
• Proven ability to problem solve in stressful situations as well as diffuse customer and employee issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word - preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high quality service to our patrons.
• Capable of obtaining a DCP license from the State of Connecticut.
• Individuals must have a demonstrated track record in performing essential duties.
