The First Five Program provides trauma-informed, behavior-analytic services to support young children and their families by strengthening early learning environments. The program’s overarching goal is to help early learning center staff build trauma-informed classroom cultures while reducing challenging behaviors and preventing preschool expulsion.
Position Summary: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional clinical role within the First Five program, providing behavior-analytic assessment, consultation, and intervention services to children ages 0–5 in early learning centers and home settings. The BCBA collaborates closely with families, early learning staff, and interdisciplinary team members to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using trauma-informed and developmentally appropriate practices.
