• Collaborate with event planners and service staff to meet specific client requirements and event timelines
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with sanitation standards
• Assist in menu planning and development for banquet events
• Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during events

Requirements

• Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen supervisory role, preferably in banquet or large-scale catering settings
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
