Are You a Customer Service Leader Who Happens to Work in Automotive?

A growing, highly respected automotive repair organization is seeking an experienced Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor to help launch and lead operations at a new location in Southern New Hampshire/Northeastern Massachusetts.

We're looking for someone who understands that fixing vehicles is only part of the job. Building trust, creating loyal customers, developing great teams, and delivering an exceptional experience every day is what drives long-term success.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery and follow-up
  • Build strong relationships that drive customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Lead and develop a team of service advisors and technicians
  • Manage daily shop operations, workflow, scheduling, and productivity
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Monitor key performance indicators and help the team achieve business goals
  • Coach employees on communication, professionalism, and service excellence
  • Create a positive, accountable, growth-oriented culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive service management and/or service advising experience
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive retention
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to balance business performance with a people-first mindset
