This opportunity is designed for a seasoned attorney who brings strong legal judgment, confidence with complex transactions, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

What You'll Get:

• Base Salary: $150,000–$175,000

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and documents

JD from an accredited school and active Delaware Bar admission preferred. More than 5 years of legal experience, preferably in transactional law. Background in real estate, business, lending, or related legal matters. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
