The Associate Director of Market Access Strategy is a critical role on a fast-paced, energetic Market Access team. This team member will be responsible for leading and assisting in development/implementation of market access strategies across key segments of our business including: the Payer account team, Field Reimbursement Managers (FRM) and Ophthalmology Account Directors (OAD). Primary responsibilities consist of leading and/or assisting in the development of market access initiatives and tactics and ensuring effective implementation and execution across field teams. Additionally, this individual must maintain a high-level of collaboration and integration with all field teams (FRM, OAD and Payer) Contract Strategy, Brand Marketing, Training, Pricing, Trade, Market Research and others.
Location: In the Sleepy Hollow, NY Office 4 days a week
