Assistant station manager

Position qualifies for a tire labor commission on top of wages and a first-year retention bonus. Utilize your mechanical and leadership skills to help oversee one of our service stations. As an Assistant Station Manager for our Firth Tire location, you will:

• Support the operations and administration of the tire facility by ensuring efficient and quality customer service while meeting company goals and objectives.
• Assist the Service Station Manager with the sales, billing, inventory, scheduling, policies, and maintenance of the location.
• Help recruit, retain, and develop personnel in a professional manner.
• Work hands-on in the station to perform services for the customer.
