The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing activities for Trade Shows and Special Events. Must delegate work with respect and foster teamwork and AFR culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pick, prepare, and ship orders and transfers
• Work with trade shows and special events delivery teams
• Oversee the picking items for trade Shows and special events
• Quality control inspections of completed orders daily
• Training with delivery teams and pickers
• Handle calls from delivery teams regarding the trade show and special events orders
• Work with Operations Managers to schedule and route trucks
• Inspect and approve the Triaged furniture going into racks or out on orders
• Inventories
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/TRAINING: Degree: Bachelor or Equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

• Business ethics and customer relation skills
• Personnel management and delegation skills
