  • Ensure garments are detailed correctly based on established processes
  • Lead by example and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Assist customers with questions, requests, and concerns
  • Keep daily store operations running smoothly.
  • Turn customer interactions into lasting relationships.
• Assistant Store Managers
  • Help lead the store team and oversee daily operations.
  • Support employee training, development, and performance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate when appropriate
  • Partner with store leadership to keep the business thriving.

Qualifications:

You don't need dry cleaning experience. We can teach you the business. We're looking for someone who knows how to take care of people, lead a team, and get things done. Top notch verbal communication skills are essential. Many of our locations are on the bus line, but reliable transportation and the ability to report to work on time is critical to your success. Experience working with a point of sale (POS) or other computerized system is a plus.
