The Assistant Community Manager will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations at one of our apartment communities. They are responsible for effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years tax credit experience, related multi-family property management experience, HUD rules and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of low-income housing programs. Experience with OneSite software a plus. Strong leadership and management skills are essential. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
This role is based on site and requires that the employee spend time outside with exposure to the elements. May require working in confined spaces, heights and potentially hazardous areas. A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs.
This job title is associated with Assistant Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and/or Assistant Business Manager.
